I started as an IT professional and moved into recruitment. The best part I love about recruitment is meeting new and interesting people every day. No two jobs are ever the same and it makes recruitment so interesting and diverse.
What changes do you see happening in the recruitment industry in the next 12 months?
More flexibility and work from home is the new normal. More and more candidates will only consider roles with full flexibility.
What's one piece of advice you'd give to employers?
In this extremely candidate short market employers need to be more flexible and adaptable. Employers need to focus on staff training and how a candidate’s skills can be transferred to a new role rather than being stuck on the job description.
