TalentVine makes this effortless by allowing you to upload briefing materials directly to the platform. Choose to share them with your entire panel, or recruiters working on a specific role. Do you have a video that introduces the organisation’s vision and goals? A document outlining the specific culture of the team? Whatever it is, TalentVine makes briefing easier than ever.
How to Upload Briefing Materials to TalentVine
TalentVine makes it easy to share your organisation’s custom terms and conditions with all external recruiters. Simply log in to the platform and head to your Account Settings. From here, you can either upload a document containing your terms and conditions, or directly enter it into the text field.
Once saved, all recruiters will see your custom terms when viewing a role you have posted and must agree before submitting a bid. Simplify the briefing process by minimising the duplicated efforts that come with doing the same brief multiple times
