How TalentVine's Recruitment Panel Works
From your dashboard, simply navigate to the ‘Panel’ section to view and manage your agencies. Compare their performances based on success rate and add new agencies to your panel. Any time you post a new role, you are able to select whether it is sent exclusively to your panel, or to the wider recruitment marketplace as well.
The recruitment marketplace is an excellent way to see what other agencies are offering in terms of fees, replacement guarantees, and performance. This gives you the perspective to know whether you’re getting good value for money. If you find an agent in the marketplace that performs highly, you can add their agency to your panel and ensure they have the opportunity to work on your future roles.
