Interviewing
Plan and monitor upcoming candidate interviews right from the platform. Simply select the interview button and choose a time, which will be passed on to the relevant recruiter to arrange.
Negotiation
Submit offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms, send counter-offers, and request reference checks using the TalentVine ATS. Keep track of your progress with every candidate.
Rejected
If any of the candidates are not suitable, you may mark them as rejected on the platform. Provide feedback to recruiters so they can refine their search and provide better options going forward.
