On TalentVine’s Recruitment Marketplace, recruiters bid for the opportunity to work on your role. To make your selection, you can look at fees, recommendations, reviews, role history, bios, performance metrics, and now, their badges!
We’re committed to creating a marketplace that rewards high performers. You’ll be able to easily identify consultants that have earned various achievements such as consistently high ratings, great interview rates, and much more.
Each recruiter can potentially earn and display up to 12 badges on their bids, although most will only have a few. We want to drive exceptional performance and think we’ll see some great service as recruiters work to earn more badges and strengthen their profiles.
