When we go to market to find talent we use a complete recruitment process:

  • Filtering candidates
  • Vetting (police checks, reference checks)
  • Testing
  • Interview and screen by HR
  • Interviews by our Tech Leads

It is only once these steps have been completed that we provide a shortlist of candidates to our clients, and from that shortlist they can select who they would like to talk to or put through their own selection process. 

And because we are focused on getting our clients the perfect developers, if incompatibilities do appear with a candidate in the all important first 30 days, we simply go through the entire process again, no questions asked. 

This mismatch between candidate and team is quite rare. Our selection process helps, but a major contributing factor is our developer-side management. 

Behind The Scenes Support

Unlike remote workers and freelancers, our team extension developers are provided full support by our support managers in Yogyakarta and Bandung, Indonesia. Unless there is a client-requested arrangement in place, all of our developers work out of our central offices. This gives them access to technical support, training, and the rest of the organisational support you would expect. Like recruitment, this is all behind-the-scenes infrastructure our clients can rely on without needing to worry about.

Clients can also have peace-of-mind when it comes to our staff sourcing and working conditions. It goes without saying that we are in full compliance with the Modern Slavery Act and require our full supply chain to be compliant.
