“In 2007, I got the opportunity to grow the recruitment business for an ERP Consultancy, and it seemed like an exciting challenge. That business grew to a multi-million dollar business, which allows me to expand into other IT verticals until I left in 2015 to start Andrew Petrie Talent. The last four years of independent consulting have been equally challenging and rewarding, and recruitment is extremely satisfying on a couple of levels; particularly when candidates remain in contact with me, updating me over time that their new role is everything they had hoped it would be.“
