Welcome to TalentVine’s Contractor Management System
Important Details:
1. Monthly Contractor Report Submission:
Each month, on the 15th, our Accounts team will email you, requesting the Contractor report for the previous month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, the email will be sent on the preceding Friday.
The report should include accurate details of the hours worked by each contractor and the TalentVine margins. We kindly request that reports be submitted by this date each month to ensure the client’s reporting remains up to date and accurate.
2. Types of Contractor Report
We’ve opted for this flexible and simple process to prevent duplication of effort around submitting timesheets, as different agencies prefer different processes. You can choose to provide Contractor reports in any of these three different ways:
2.1 Your total margin with the 20% TalentVine margin.
2.2 The sum of the total hours with the sum of the TalentVine margin per person.
2.3 The TalentVine margin calculated at a rate of 1.5% of the total invoice amount.
Please take note that the 20% of net margin after oncosts and 1.5% of invoice value are comparable.
3. Invoice Issuance:
Once our Accounts team receives the Contractor report, they will promptly process and issue the invoice. Our efficient system ensures that you receive the invoice in a timely manner.
4. Payment Terms:
The invoice is due 7 days after the issued date. We kindly request that you make the payment within this timeframe to avoid any delays. Prompt payment allows us to maintain a healthy business relationship and continue providing quality services.
5. Monthly Cycle:
Our contractor management cycle repeats monthly, with the Accounts team initiating the report request, invoice issuance, and payment processing on a consistent basis.
