Compare Club’s Talent Acquisition team uses various recruitment agencies for niche roles within their organisation. Hence, for every niche role which the team does not have deep market knowledge in, they had to spend a tremendous amount of time searching, reaching out and making executive decisions based on the research.
Additionally, Compare Club’s team also had to contribute significant time and effort in engaging with each agency, through procurement processes for the terms of service with different agencies individually.
