For almost 6 years now I have been matching candidates with their dream jobs and have enjoyed every moment of it. I started in recruitment as this was my favourite aspect of my HR degree and I have not wanted to turn back since – it has been the best decision I ever made. The thing I love the most is being able to help people change so many aspects of their life and watching my candidates flourish in their roles is extremely rewarding.
What changes do you see happening in the recruitment industry in the next 12 months?
I feel that Covid-19 has really changed the flexibility of where you can work. It’s awesome that we have the flexibility to work from home and in the office and be productive in either environment.
What's one piece of advice you'd give to employers?
If you find a candidate that suits your business and culture, and one that you really would like to have on your team, offer as quickly as you can!
