Tell us about your journey as a recruiter

“I, like most people in the industry, fell into recruitment some twenty years ago. Seven years ago I formed a boutique search agency with only one client. We have grown into a go to market search firm servicing mainly the technology industry, ranging from start ups to fortune 500 clients. I love the relationships that can be formed and becoming a trusted advisor when partnering with clients by adding value to the recruitment process.

What's been your experience using TalentVine?

Talentvine has been a great way of delivering talent into clients who otherwise would not have had the ability to work outside their PSA. It gives the client a tool to find boutique agencies.

What's one piece of advice you'd give to employers?

Fully brief the recruiter on what you want and also what you don’t want in a candidate in terms of technical skills, industry background and soft skills you desire. Ensure the process is as smooth and seamless as possible from the candidate perspective, and give feedback if the search needs refining and please look at recruiters as partners in solving your hiring needs.”
